FaciliTribe respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable Slovenian legislation and the purposes described below.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form and direct communication
When you send us a message through the contact form or by email, we may process:
• your first name and surname;
• your email address;
• your company name, if provided;
• the content of your message;
• any other information you voluntarily include in your message.

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, arrange our work together and continue business communication. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing clients.

Website operation and security
When you visit the website, technical data may be processed automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, access time, requested web address and error information. This data is used to keep the website secure and reliable, prevent misuse and resolve technical issues. The website is hosted on the Wix platform.

Google Analytics
If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. Data processed may include pages visited, visit time, traffic source, approximate location, device type and interactions with the website. Google Analytics must not be activated before you give consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings. The legal basis for using analytics cookies is your consent.

Embedded YouTube content
The website may display videos hosted on YouTube. When this content is played or loaded, YouTube may receive data about your device, IP address, page visit and use of the video. 3. Cookies and consent management

The website uses:
• essential cookies required for operation, security and displaying the website;
• analytics cookies, if you consent to them;
• cookies for external content, such as YouTube, if you consent to them.

We use Usercentrics to collect and manage consent. It may store information about your choices, the time you gave consent and the version of the notice displayed, so that we can demonstrate and respect your decision.

4. Who may receive your data

To provide the website and the services described, data may be processed by:
• Wix.com, as the website platform and hosting provider;

• Google Ireland Limited, as the provider of Google Analytics and YouTube;
• technical support providers, where necessary to operate the website securely;
• public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers take place on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or other appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention periods

We retain data received through the contact form or by email for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and continue business communication, generally for no more than two years after communication has ended.

If we work together, we retain data and documentation in accordance with the statutory retention periods applicable to business and accounting records.

Google Analytics data is retained in accordance with our Google Analytics account settings, generally for no more than 14 months.

Cookie consent records are retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate and manage the consent given.

7. Your rights

In relation to your personal data, you may request:
• access to your data;
• correction of inaccurate data;
• erasure of data;
• restriction of processing;
• data portability, where this right applies;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
• withdrawal of consent.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not use visitor data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the website, the services used or legislation. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
