Before the workshop, we discuss what you want to achieve, who will take part and what outcome you need. I use this to plan the session.
02 / Choose the approach
Based on the goal and the participants, I choose methods, exercises and tools that will help us work on your challenge.
03 / Work on your own examples
In GenAI training, participants try the tools on their own tasks. In facilitation and innovation workshops, we work through the challenge together and explore possible solutions.
04 / What comes next?
We finish by reviewing what we have achieved and how you can use it. We agree on the next steps.

I'm Enej Gradišek, founder of FaciliTribe. For more than a decade, I've worked with teams and organisations facing difficult challenges, from innovation and business development to mentoring and facilitation. In recent years, much of my work has focused on practical GenAI training. I've personally delivered more than 400 GenAI workshops.
What interests me most is the point when people stop talking about what they could do and start trying something, making a decision or changing how they work. Sometimes AI helps. Sometimes the right question helps more.
